User content: prompts, lyrics, song titles, descriptions, audio uploads, generated songs, instrumentals, stems, metadata, library items, playlists, likes, shares, comments, and public posts.

Technical information: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, app version, pages viewed, referral URL, log data, crash reports, usage events, cookies, and analytics data.

AI usage data: model prompts, generation settings, tags, selected genres, generation history, moderation signals, abuse-prevention data, and performance metrics.

4. AI Processing

When you use generation features, your prompts, uploads, settings, and outputs may be processed by Vybe Studio systems, local models, third-party APIs, cloud infrastructure, moderation providers, and storage providers.

Service providers: hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, email providers, cloud storage providers, AI model/API providers, moderation providers, security vendors, and customer support tools.

Legal and safety recipients: courts, regulators, law enforcement, rights holders, DMCA agents, or legal advisors where required or appropriate.

Business transfers: acquirers, investors, successors, or affiliates in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.
