Use Vybe Studio creatively, legally, and respectfully. Do not use the Service to harm people, infringe rights, deceive audiences, or bypass platform protections.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not:
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Clone voices or identities without consent.
- Impersonate real artists or brands.
- Generate hate, harassment, threats, or abuse.
- Generate sexual content involving minors or exploitative content.
- Generate illegal instructions or criminal facilitation.
- Upload private personal data without authorization.
- Use the Service for spam, phishing, scams, or deception.
- Circumvent safety, moderation, copyright, rate-limit, or payment systems.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the Service.
- Use the Service to create malware, evasion tools, bot networks, or unauthorized automation.
- Use Generated Music to mislead people about endorsement, authorship, sponsorship, or identity.
3. Enforcement
Vybe Studio may warn, remove content, restrict downloads, disable public sharing, revoke licenses, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, deny refunds, or report conduct where appropriate.
