1. Plans
Vybe Studio may offer subscriptions, credits, bundles, enterprise plans, trials, and promotional plans.
2. Billing
By purchasing a plan, you authorize Vybe Studio and its payment processors to charge your payment method for fees, taxes, renewals, and other charges.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past charges.
5. Refunds
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once:
- Credits are used.
- Songs are generated.
- Downloads are accessed.
- Commercial rights are activated.
- The billing period has begun.
- The user violated the Terms.
Vybe Studio may offer discretionary refunds case by case.
6. Chargebacks
Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in account suspension, license revocation, loss of commercial rights, and collection of unpaid amounts.
7. Plan Changes
If you upgrade, downgrade, or change plans, access, credits, commercial rights, storage, and features may change according to the plan terms shown at checkout.
